Born from the personal frustration of trying to find a home that actually met my own, as well as my housemates' needs. LETLOOSE featured an AI powered natural language search - to find properties that exactly matched what you were looking for. As well as being able to do the basic filtering and sorting as traditional platforms, LETLOOSE went a step further by analysing communities and providing users with an insight into what living in a specific area might actually be like. This, paired with PARTY allowed for users to find homes that matched theirs and every in their group's needs and have an enjoyable letting experience.
