Opening Sequence

"Ew" - Opens the album beautifully with atmospheric qualities and dark, sinister lyrics that effectively set the mood, though it feels somewhat disconnected from the rest of the record.

"MODUS" - Found to be lacklustre overall, with the chorus being the standout section where Joji's vocal layering adds depth and emotion.

Mid-Album Highlights

"Gimme Love" - A personal favorite featuring great tempo and energy that uplifts the mood despite addressing depressing topics. The song's ending, with its vocal work and high plucky strings, is particularly praised.

"High Hopes" - Features a great instrumental but suffers from vocal issues during the chorus. Omar Apollo's more emotive and energetic delivery works better in other sections.

"NITROUS" - Described as punchy and bouncy, with effective use of muffled backing vocals and white noise that emphasizes Joji's lead vocals. Considered a real highlight.

Album Standouts

"Afterthought" and "777" - Identified as the best tracks on the record, successfully combining lofi beats with grungy vocals to create extremely memorable songs.
